To show the heroes Ruffy, Asta, Aang, and Deku helping you to get out of a negative thought spiral, I could create a scene where they symbolically fight against the dark thoughts or protect you. Since I cannot represent specific characters like Ruffy, Asta, Izuku Midoriya, and Aang exactly, I will adapt the representation. I will create a group of four heroes who bravely and determinedly fight against the negative spiral. They could represent different powers or abilities that symbolize courage, hope, strength, and peace. They protect you by repelling the dark thoughts and bringing light and positive energy into the scene.
